The created cart will allow you to avoid these troubles. Prices in pre-formed carts will change automatically with the start of the promotion. You just need to refresh the browser page.

Fewer files = more orders

Select and pre-sort the photos that you plan to print or use in a photobook. Do not upload all the photos to the editor. There may be site interruptions and download failures. Therefore, upload only the necessary files and in small batches. Blurring in the editor is OK, the original photos will be printed.

DO NOT order at 00:00

Most people mistakenly believe that placing an order earlier will help you receive the order earlier. But this is not so. The bucket effect works here: you place an order, it falls to our server (into a bucket), and the first, second... tenth are collected. And we sort them from the top, so when your order gets printed, it is always a lottery. And placing an order at 00:00 will not help you at all, but will only overload the site.

The best way to "fly by" with a promotion is to mention it two hours before it ends

Do not postpone your order until the last hours of the promotion. In the last hours, there will be a "legion" of people who want to order, and not everyone will make it to the finish line. Just believe me, we are the champions of Black Fridays, and despite the annual increase in the technical capabilities of the site, this does not save the situation when five minutes before the end, tens of thousands of people are trying to create a photo book or upload photos.

Here's a tip - if it is critical for you to receive some of the products earlier - do not put them in one basket. Yes, you will have to pay for separate deliveries, but in this case, you can receive part of the ordered earlier than 24 business days. Tip - photo books take the longest to make, and photo books with leatherette or fabric covers take even longer. Polaroids, regular photos, calendars, magnets are printed quite quickly. Separate orders into different baskets if you need to receive something earlier.

Where is my order, why is it taking so long?

Track the status of your order yourself in your personal account. When it is ready, you will receive a notification in your personal account with the TTN number. The high frequency of calls and requests to the support service in no way speeds up the time of production of your order.
