Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for orders you made at this website. You agree to update all submitted information, including the email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete the transactions and contact to You as needed.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order for a book for approximately 24 hours from the time of the order. Past 24 hours, be informed that we cannot cancel orders, and except for the cases expressly described in the return policy.

Refund Policy

We agree to replace Your printed book or provide refunds because it arrives damaged or with a material manufacturing defect.
If You received a product in a damaged condition or have any purposes for money back, please notify us immediately for assistance within 14 days of receipt. Send us an email at gramofonua@gmail.com

Copyright Notice

With regard to photo content, we will print what you send us for printing. You are responsible for ensuring that the content of your photos does not violate copyright or transgress laws in your country. In terms of copyright, when you order photos for printing, this does not affect your ownership of these photos. You still own the copyright to your images and you do not give up any rights over them. Your photos are still your photos, printed or not.

Image Storage

We provide Image Storage on our Servers at no cost principally in order to facilitate Users’ creation and purchase of Products bearing their Images. The images will be stored on our Server for undetermined amount of time and to use only by you. Gramophone is not a backup service and you agree that you will not rely on the Service for the purposes of image backup or storage.

Force Majeure

We assume no responsibility for disruptions in our service for any reason, including, without limitation, vandalism, theft, phone service outages, Internet disruptions, human error, extreme or severe weather conditions, or any other causes commonly referred to as “Acts of God.”

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify all looses that were caused to the Company by the Client’s misconduct. The looses of the Company will be calculated and submited by the Company’s authorized representative.
