Before the sale starts, create your order and place it into the Cart — not “Project”. Under heavy traffic, projects may lag, while the cart works more reliably. Once the sale begins, prices will update automatically — simply refresh the page.
Decide in advance which photos you will print or use in your photobook. Avoid uploading your entire gallery — large batches may overload the editor. If photos look slightly blurry inside the editor, don’t worry — we always print the original quality.
Evening mobile networks often slow down, especially when thousands of users upload photos simultaneously. For a stable experience, use home Wi-Fi instead of mobile data.
VPN may slow down uploads and break authorization sessions. During Black Friday it causes more issues than benefits — better disable it.
Do not reload the editor tab or clear cache manually. If it freezes, give it a few seconds instead of refreshing — this prevents data loss or broken sessions.
A common case: photos are uploaded from a phone, and the book is edited on a desktop. If the phone tab stays open, it may overwrite or conflict with desktop changes. Always close the editor on devices you’re no longer using.
Ordering exactly at 00:00 does not speed up production. All orders fall into a common queue. Meanwhile, midnight places the heaviest load on the server.
The last hours of the sale always bring the heaviest traffic. Many users simply do not make it to the finish line. Doing your project earlier is the safest approach.
During the sale, the number of orders is huge, so occasional mistakes may happen: mixed items, split parcels, small misplacements. Just let us know — we’ll fix everything promptly. Our support team will be operating in an intensified mode.
Photobooks take the longest to produce, especially those with leatherette or fabric covers. Photos, calendars, magnets and polaroids are printed much faster. If you need part of your order sooner, place them in separate carts.
During the Black Friday period, only payment upon pickup will be available.
