Temporary unavailability of the service 20.01

Temporary service unavailability 20.01: work restored

On January 20, enemy shelling damaged the backup power infrastructure of our hosting provider. As a result, some equipment was shut down and the servers were temporarily stopped, which caused the site/services to be unavailable.

As of now, the servers have been fully restored. All main functions are working normally.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and disrupted plans - we sincerely apologize. The cause of the failure was external and did not depend on our team, but we are already implementing additional technical measures to minimize the risks of similar situations in the future.
