Can I wash the mug in the dishwasher?

We do not recommend this. The print can turn pale from aggressive washing detergents.

I want to upload my own mug design. Will you print it?

Of course, the layout should be 200x80 mm in size, it must be loaded into a template with one photo and we will print it.

Do you have mugs that change color from hot water?

We do not make such mugs, we only have them with classic printing.

Can I order a mug of a different color than presented on the site?

No, you can choose only among the colors presented on the site.

I do not live in Ukraine, can you send me a mug by post office?
