Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Date of the promotion from 00:01 29.11.2024 - to 23:59 01.12.2024.

2. The discount amount will be announced on 29.11.2024 at 00:00 on the website and in our social networks.

3. Promotional products: all.

4. During the promotion, the minimum amount for ordering photos of one format will be 350 UAH. We recommend uploading at least 84 photos for ordering Polaroids and classic photo printing, and from 125 photos for digital photo printing.

5. The minimum order quantity for magnets of one format will be 30 pcs.

6. The discount does not apply to the Live Photos service.

7. The Urgent Production service, Free Delivery by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta during the promotion are NOT valid.

8. Orders placed after 24:00 on 01.12.2024 will not be recalculated at the promotional price (even if you are "a minute late" or "your website is down").

9. The production time of promotional orders will be 24 business days from the moment of the end of the promotion, so the final date may be January 3, 2025. The stated terms do not exclude both earlier and later production. Delays may be associated with circumstances such as emergency and planned power outages, rocket attacks, etc. We advise you to be patient and count on the maximum term.

10. You can track the status of your order in your Personal Account. When it is ready, you will receive notifications in your personal account with the TTN number. The frequency of calls and requests to the support service will in no way speed up their production.

11. Products placed in one order (basket) are automatically combined for simultaneous shipment, but it is worth considering that different products have different production times, and therefore photos or magnets will "wait" for the production of your photo book.

12. If you have several orders (possibly made on different days of the promotion) and one of them already has at least one manufactured product (this can happen, because we will work on weekends) - you can no longer combine them. Accordingly, they will be sent separately according to your orders.

13. Delivery is carried out exclusively by carriers Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, including international ones.

14. You can pick up your order yourself at the pickup point at Lviv, Viacheslav Chornovola Avenue, 59.

15. During the promotion, the support service will operate on an extended schedule:

• Friday, November 29, 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Saturday, November 30, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday, December 1, 12:00 PM - 12:00 PM
