Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period — from 00:01 28.11.2025 until 23:59 30.11.2025.
2. Discount announcement — published on 28.11.2024 at 00:00 on our website and social media. Discounts: -50% on photobooks and -30% on all other photo products.
3. Eligible products — all catalog items available during the promotion.
4. Exclusions — the discount does not apply to the “Live Photos” service. Video creation cost remains 35 UAH.
5. Minimum order amount for photo printing — from 350 UAH.
   Recommendation: at least 84 photos (polaroid/classic print) or 125 photos (digital print).
6. Minimum quantity for magnets — 30 pcs of the same format.
7. Limitations — urgent production and free delivery via Nova Poshta are not available during the promotion.
8. Order processing — orders placed after 23:59 30.11.2025 are processed at the standard price.
9. Production time — all promotion orders are produced within up to 24 working days after the promotion ends. Possible delays due to force majeure (power outages, shelling, etc.). Actual production time may vary — both shorter and longer than stated.
10. Order assembly — all items in one cart are shipped in a single dispatch (a dispatch may consist of several parcels). Products with different readiness times may wait for each other.
11. Status tracking — order status is updated in your account. After shipment, the tracking number appears in your account or in the apps of the selected courier service, and you also receive a notification. Requests or phone calls do not speed up production.
12. Order merging — orders placed on different days of the promotion cannot be merged if at least one of them is already produced; they will be shipped separately according to your orders.
13. Accounts — orders placed from different user accounts cannot be merged into a single shipment.
14. Payment
    – Ukraine — payment upon delivery.
    – International orders — prepayment on the website.
15. Delivery
    – Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta (including international delivery).
    – Pickup: Lviv, Vyacheslava Chornovola Ave, 59.
16. Support service — operates with extended working hours:
    • Friday — 09:00–23:00
    • Saturday — 10:00–18:00
    • Sunday — 12:00–24:00
