Rules and conditions of the promotion

1. Date of holding 00:01 11/25/2022 - 23:59 11/27/2022. Extended until 29.11 inclusive.

2. The amount of the discount will be announced on 11/25/2022 at 00:01 on the website and in our social networks.

4. During the promotion, the minimum amount for ordering photo printing of any type and format will be UAH 350.

5. Discounts do not apply to the "Live Photos" service. The promotion "Three live photos for free" is valid.

6. The service "Urgent production", "Free delivery" by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta during the campaign are not valid.

7. Instead, delivery by Ukrposhta across Ukraine will be 20 UAH for any product except Canvas Prints and Acrylic Prints with a side of 60 cm and more.

8. Orders placed after 24:00 on 11/27/2022 will not be recalculated at the promotional price (even if you were "a minute late" or "your site was down").

9. Production period for promotional orders will be 24 working days from the moment of the end of the promotion, so the final date may be December 29, 2022 (depending on the date of creation of the order). The announced deadlines do not exclude earlier production, but we advise you to be patient and count on the maximum deadline.

10. You can track the status of your order in Personal account. The frequency of calls and requests to the support service will in no way speed up their production.

11. Products made in one order (basket) are automatically combined for simultaneous shipment in order to save your money on delivery, but it is worth considering that different products have different production times, and therefore photos or magnets will "wait" for the production of your photobook.

12. If you have several orders (perhaps made on different days of the promotion) and one of them already has at least one manufactured product (this can happen, because we will work on weekends) - you can no longer combine them. Accordingly, they will be sent separately according to your orders. Yes, you will pay for shipping twice.

13. Delivery is carried out exclusively by carriers Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

14. You can pick up your order yourself at the pick-up point at Lviv, Vyacheslav Chornovola Avenue, 59.

15. During the promotion, the support service will work on an extended schedule:

• Friday, November 25, 9:00 - 23:00
• Saturday, November 26, 10:00 - 18:00
• Sunday, November 27, 12:00 - 24:00
